Frequently asked questions
How long until all the postcards arrive?
It depends on your grid size. For a 2×3 grid, that's 6 postcards — one per week — so about 6 weeks from start to finish. We'll ship the first card within 3 business days of your order.
What kind of photos work best?
Anything with good resolution works! Vacation shots, pet photos, group pictures, or even an inside joke. Just make sure the image is clear — we print at high quality on real cardstock.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we only ship within the United States via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping is coming soon!
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address before the next card ships. Postcards already in transit can't be redirected.
Can I cancel after ordering?
You can cancel anytime before the next postcard ships. Already-mailed cards can't be recalled, but we'll stop future mailings and refund the remaining cards.
How are the postcards printed?
We use professional-grade printing on thick cardstock with a glossy finish. Each card is a real, mailable postcard with your image on the front and a personal message on the back.
